Training 26th June
Another 4 hours of training tonight! My legs felt grand but i was pretty tired and hungry by 9pm. After a shower and a big feed im feeling much better, time for sleep!

- 2 hour race last Saturday
- 3 1/2 hours in the Mournes with Rowan on Sunday
- 4 hours tonight
- hopefully 4-5 hours tomorrow.....
